1. Scope and applicability

This Privacy Policy applies to the Condor Graph website, demo and sales workflows, support and operational communications, and Condor services, integrations, and native or platform-based applications that reference this notice.

Condor provides business-facing services. This notice is intended to describe how we handle information about people acting on behalf of businesses and organizations, rather than a public consumer account product.

This notice is designed to work as one umbrella policy. It is not limited to a single platform or deployment model and it does not list every current or future integration as a separate privacy policy.

2. Information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with Condor and the context of the relationship.

  • Business contact and inquiry information. This includes information you provide when you request a demo, contact us, or otherwise communicate with us, such as your name, work email address, company, selected data warehouse, and the contents of your message.
  • Communications and support information. We may keep records of emails, meeting coordination, support requests, implementation discussions, and similar business communications.
  • Organization and deployment information. When an organization evaluates, deploys, or uses Condor, we may receive organization, workspace, installation, administrator, or configuration details needed to provide the relevant service or support.
  • Website, device, and log information. When you use our website or related services, we may collect information such as IP address, browser type, device characteristics, referring pages, pages viewed, interaction data, and diagnostic or usage information.

Condor does not offer a public consumer service with general-purpose end-user accounts, usernames, passwords, or social sign-in.

3. Sources of information

We collect information from a few main sources:

  • Directly from you when you submit a form, request a demo, email us, or otherwise communicate with us.
  • Automatically from your browser, device, and use of our website and related services.
  • From your organization, its administrators, or its representatives when they set up, manage, support, or discuss a Condor deployment or integration.
  • From connected platforms, native application environments, or integrations that an organization chooses to use with Condor, where those platforms provide relevant account, workspace, or installation metadata.

4. How we use information

We use information for business and operational purposes, including to:

  • Respond to inquiries, demo requests, and other communications.
  • Provide, configure, support, secure, and maintain Condor services, apps, and integrations.
  • Understand website usage, troubleshoot issues, and improve our website and services.
  • Detect, prevent, or investigate spam, abuse, fraud, security incidents, or other misuse.
  • Maintain business records, manage customer relationships, and carry out related internal administration.
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect our rights and the rights of others.

Condor does not use this notice to claim broad rights to train Condor-controlled models on customer data outside a customer's environment. Customer-specific deployment, configuration, and data-processing terms remain governed by the applicable customer agreements and technical setup.

5. Customer-controlled environment processing

Some Condor offerings run inside customer-controlled environments, such as a customer's data warehouse, cloud account, or other selected platform environment. In those cases, customer data may remain in that environment and be processed there under the customer's configuration and instructions.

This is different from the information Condor collects directly for website operation, demo requests, sales discussions, support, and general business administration. This Privacy Policy is intended to describe both categories clearly without treating Condor as a conventional consumer SaaS product that routinely takes custody of all customer datasets in its own environment.

If personal information is processed in a customer-controlled deployment on behalf of a customer, that customer is generally responsible for its own privacy disclosures and for handling requests from its users, employees, or other data subjects.

6. Service providers and third-party platforms

We may disclose information to service providers and connected platforms where needed to operate our business and services.

  • Analytics providers. We use providers such as Google Analytics to understand website traffic and usage.
  • Form handling and anti-spam providers. Our demo workflow may use providers that receive form submissions on our behalf and help detect spam, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
  • Communications providers. We may use standard business-email and related communications tooling to respond to inquiries, support customers, and manage operational communications.
  • Third-party platforms and integrations. Organizations may choose to deploy, install, or connect Condor through third-party platforms or environments. Depending on the deployment, those platforms may process information under the customer's own settings, agreements, and policies.
  • Legal and transaction-related disclosures. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or similar corporate event.

Examples of customer-selected platforms may include warehouse, cloud, or native-app environments such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or similar services. A customer may also choose its own model or AI provider in connection with a Condor deployment. Those choices vary by customer and are not all treated as Condor-selected recipients of every dataset.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies in connection with website analytics and related site functionality. For example, we currently use Google Analytics to better understand how visitors use our website and which pages or features are receiving engagement.

These tools may collect information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, and interaction information. Condor may also use anti-spam or abuse-prevention tools in connection with specific workflows, such as demo-request submissions. We do not currently describe this website as offering a separate cookie preference center or consumer advertising opt-out flow.

You may be able to control certain cookies through your browser settings or related browser tools, but doing so may affect how parts of the site function.

8. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including to maintain our business relationship, provide services and support, keep appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, or enforcement obligations.

Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the sensitivity of the data, the role of the individual or organization involved, the nature of the customer relationship, and whether the information relates to an active service, support issue, or legal requirement.

Where information is processed in a customer-controlled environment, retention may also depend on the customer's own configuration, contracts, and administrative decisions.

9. Privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live and the nature of your relationship with Condor, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about the personal information we process about you. You may also have the right to object to or limit certain processing in some circumstances.

To make a request, contact us at legal@condorgraph.com . We may need to verify your identity and your authority to make the request before taking further action.

If the relevant information is processed by Condor on behalf of a customer, or remains in a customer-controlled environment, you should direct your request to that customer first. We may work with the customer as needed under the applicable agreement and law.

10. Children

Condor's website and services are intended for business use and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website or our business-facing services.

11. Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above.
