Terms of service

Last updated: March 24, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Condor Graph website, demo-request workflows, business communications, and related Condor services, integrations, and native or platform-based applications that reference these terms.

These terms are between Dataration LLC (doing business as Condor) ("Condor," "we," "us," or "our") and the person or organization using the applicable website, service, or workflow ("you" or "your").

If you are using Condor on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the website, submit information through our forms, or use the relevant Condor services.

These terms are intended for business-facing use, may be supplemented or superseded by separate written customer agreements, and can apply to Condor offerings that operate in customer-controlled environments rather than a typical public self-serve SaaS model.

Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@condorgraph.com .

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to your use of the Condor Graph website, demo and contact workflows, business communications, documentation, and Condor services that reference these terms.

If you enter into a separate written agreement with Condor, such as a master services agreement, order form, statement of work, data processing addendum, or similar commercial agreement, that agreement governs the covered services and controls over these terms to the extent of any conflict.

2. Business use and eligibility

Condor's website and services are intended for business use. You may use them only if you can form a binding contract and, where applicable, are authorized to act on behalf of your organization.

Condor does not provide a general-purpose public consumer platform with routine self-serve account registration, consumer checkout, or similar public account features. Access to some services may instead depend on a customer relationship, private deployment, administrator approval, or separate onboarding process.

3. Services and customer-controlled deployments

Condor provides identity-resolution and related data services, along with associated website features, integrations, and implementation or support workflows. Depending on the deployment model, Condor may operate in a customer-controlled environment such as a customer's data warehouse, cloud account, or other selected platform.

When services operate in a customer-controlled environment, the customer is generally responsible for the configuration, permissions, legal basis for processing, and use of the relevant data in that environment, subject to the applicable customer agreement.

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the website or services from time to time, subject to any separate written agreement that applies.

4. Acceptable use and restrictions

You agree not to use Condor's website or services to:

  • Violate applicable law, regulation, contractual restriction, or third-party right.
  • Access or attempt to access systems, data, or accounts without authorization.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or security of the website, services, or related systems.
  • Introduce malware, harmful code, abusive automation, or other material intended to damage or impair operation.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or create derivative works from the services except as expressly permitted by law or contract.
  • Use the website or services to develop or support a competing offering using Condor materials or confidential information.
  • Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, authority, or business purpose when interacting with Condor.

5. Intellectual property

Condor and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the website, services, software, documentation, branding, and related materials, including all associated intellectual property rights.

Subject to these terms and any applicable written agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the website and applicable services for your internal business purposes. Except for that limited right, no license or ownership interest is granted to you.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding Condor, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.

6. Customer data and privacy

Our handling of information collected through the website, demo requests, and related business communications is described in our Privacy Policy .

Some Condor offerings are designed to process data within customer-controlled environments. These terms do not treat Condor as automatically taking custody or ownership of all customer data. Customer-specific processing responsibilities remain governed by the applicable customer agreements, deployment model, and customer configuration.

You are responsible for ensuring that you and your organization have the rights, permissions, and legal basis needed to provide data, connect systems, and use the services as intended.

7. Third-party services and integrations

Condor may rely on third-party service providers and platforms to operate the website and related workflows, including analytics, communications, form handling, or anti-spam tooling. Condor services may also connect with or be deployed through customer-selected third-party environments.

Your use of third-party platforms or environments may be subject to those third parties' own terms, policies, and technical requirements. Condor is not responsible for third-party products or services except as expressly stated in an applicable written agreement.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." Condor disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

Condor does not warrant that the website or services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for every intended use case, or that all defects will be corrected. Any implementation, deployment, or commercial decision based on Condor outputs remains your responsibility unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Condor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, business interruption, or data, arising out of or related to these terms, the website, or the services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Condor's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these terms, the website, or the services will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid Condor for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). If a separate written agreement states a different liability framework, that agreement controls for the covered services.

10. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Condor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to: your violation of these terms; your misuse of the website or services; your data, systems, or integrations; or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

11. Suspension, termination, and changes

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or services if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created a security or legal risk, or used the website or services in a way that could harm Condor, its customers, or third parties, subject to any applicable written agreement.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the website or applicable services after the effective date of the updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing law, venue, and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Unless an applicable written agreement provides otherwise, the state and federal courts located in Washington will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these terms, the website, or the services, and each party consents to that jurisdiction and venue.

Questions about these terms should be sent to legal@condorgraph.com .
